My name is Terry. My husband, Fred, and I decided to sell our home and move to Idaho to be close to our families. Packing and getting our home on the market was a daunting task but there was much to do during that process. Our first action was to find a realtor. My sister-in-law gave me the names of realtors that she knew well. I called each of them but after speaking to each of them, one stood out.
