Cathy O'Neal

I have lived in this beautiful town all of my life. I have the best husband. We were married 44 years ago on the banks of the Spokane River. We have two beautiful girls, 2 amazing son in laws and the two sweetest little grand babies! We love to do anything ‘family’. We ride motorcycles about 6000 miles each year and have taken bike trips all over the western half of the US. We love to boat, camp, garden and have a hobby of remodeling homes. I also have a shop at Midtown Market in CdA called Dancing Dog Farm and refurbish and repurpose furniture in my spare time. I know there are many Realtors out there and you could choose from any one of them. I feel privileged that you chose me. I am a third generation native to Coeur d’Alene and I have extensive knowledge of this area that goes a long way back. If there is some place or area or event that I don’t know I would always ask my mom who was also born and raised here and she would know! I believe in speaking the truth in love, and sharing all the truth. My favorite part of this job is to educate my clients. I love this part of helping people. If I can explain to you the process of how this works and how we do it to you in a manner that you can understand, then the process and relationship will be smooth and trust will be high.
